[Devel] Hard feature freeze for v2022.0

      Hi all,

I'm glad to announce that we have entered Hard Feature Freeze for 
v2022.0 [1]. From this moment only bug fixes will be accepted for this 
release cycle. Other type of changes will be postponed to v2022.1.
