[Devel] QA report app downtime 2022-10-28 (today)

Hi everyone, Collabora will be migrating the QA report app (qa.apertis.org) to Kubernetes this Friday, starting at 15:00 CEST. This will result in a downtime of about half a day and we expect to get it back online on Friday even. Please make sure you don’t depend on the QA Report app's availability during this time.
